About Us
We invite you to visit our restaurant
“My grandparents called me INDUKI when I was a child, and I always dreamed of creating something big that would carry that name.”
Induki is a Georgian restaurant located in the heart of Rome on Via Firenze, created by Indira Iremadze together with her family to bring the authentic tastes and culture of Georgian cuisine to Italy.
Indira, just 23 when she opened Induki, named the restaurant after her childhood nickname — “Induki” — as a tribute to her heritage and traditions. The menu celebrates classic dishes from Georgia such as handmade khinkali, adjaruli khachapuri, pkhali, and other beloved recipes, combining bold flavors with fresh ingredients.
More than just a place to eat, Induki aims to introduce guests to Georgian culture through food, music, and traditional performances, welcoming visitors in an atmosphere that reflects the warmth and hospitality of Georgia
